These terms govern your use of VitalForge AI, made by RGA Studios. By downloading or using the app, you agree to them.

1. Using VitalForge AI

You must be at least 13 years old to use VitalForge AI. You're responsible for keeping your device and account secure, and for all activity that happens under your account.

2. AI-Generated Content Is Not Medical Advice

Workouts, meal plans, and food analysis generated by VitalForge AI are produced by an AI system and are for general fitness and wellness purposes only. They are not medical, dietary, or professional advice, and are not a substitute for consultation with a doctor, registered dietitian, or qualified trainer. Always consult a healthcare professional before starting a new exercise or nutrition program, particularly if you have an existing health condition, injury, or are pregnant. You use AI-generated content at your own discretion and risk.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

VitalForge Premium is offered as an auto-renewing monthly subscription at the price shown at the time of purchase, billed through Google Play. Your subscription renews automatically each month unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel anytime in your Google Play account settings — VitalForge AI does not process or store your payment details directly.

Free-tier use of the app is supported by ads and includes daily limits on AI-generated content. Premium removes ads and raises those limits substantially.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to bypass usage limits, ad requirements, or subscription checks through technical means
• Use automated tools or scripts to interact with the app's AI features
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app beyond what's permitted by law
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose

5. Your Content

Photos, voice recordings, and text you submit for AI analysis remain yours. By submitting them, you grant us the limited right to process them through our AI service providers solely to deliver the feature you requested (e.g. analyzing a meal photo).

6. Intellectual Property

VitalForge AI, its design, branding, and underlying software are owned by RGA Studios. Nothing in these terms grants you rights to our trademarks or source code.

7. Disclaimers

VitalForge AI is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that AI-generated plans will be error-free, suitable for your specific physical condition, or produce any particular fitness outcome. Health Connect data accuracy depends on your device or smartwatch sensors, which we don't control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RGA Studios is not liable for any injury, health outcome, or damages arising from your use of AI-generated workouts, meal plans, or food analysis. You assume full responsibility for your own physical activity and dietary choices.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms, including attempts to abuse or circumvent usage limits. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
